Sweets and Treats - Coconut Cakes

coconut caramel cake / chocolate coconut cupcakes / coconut almond bites / almond coconut cupcakes / coconut macaroons

I love coconut in pretty much anything, but especially in cakes. I tried to make some coconut macaroons, which you'd think would be fairly easy, but mine didn't turn out that great so I'm not going to show you any pictures, I'll have a go at a coconut cupcake next and see how I get on!
